We’re here and always ready to take your calls! But unfortunately, if you’re a COMCAST subscriber, we are NOT receiving them! You will hear the phone ringing at your end but we can’t hear it at ours. VERIZON customers are able to successfully reach us.
Until COMCAST rectifies the problem, if you get an endless ring tone without a response from us, please call us from a phone that is on VERIZON service.
We know how inconvenient this is and hope that COMCAST will quickly take the necessary action to reconnect you with us.
