One of the many ways that Weiss Pediatric Care is unique is that whenever our office is closed you can always reach Dr. Weiss or a member of our clinical team for questions or concerns that can’t wait until the office reopens.
Most other medical practices share after hours call responsibilities with providers from multiple groups which means you may find yourself speaking with someone who doesn’t know you, your child, or your child’s medical history. When you call Weiss Pediatric Care after hours, your message is transmitted to our team and you receive a call back within 30 minutes. We are able to review your child’s records whenever necessary to ensure that our guidance is based on past history and recent information. And because you have an established relationship with us, you can trust that the advice that you receive is sound. Once the office reopens, we always call to check on your child and to offer you a follow-up appointment if the issue is ongoing.
It’s time to celebrate the holidays and like many of you the Weiss Pediatric Care Team will be sharing special time with family and friends. In observance of the holidays our office will be closed on Christmas Day, December 25th and on New Year’s Day, January 1st. But even though we will be closed , you can be assured that we are here for you ’round the clock! Just one more way that Weiss Pediatric Care offers pediatric care that goes above and beyond.
